The Birth of TribeCon →
TribeCon was born out of a community that I am very passionate about here in New Orleans called Net2NO. It is the core of the tech movement and the fastest growing Net2 anywhere. Led by Damien Lamanna, Jessica Rohloff & Andrew Larimer, Net2NO and the members of this tribe are the inspiration for TribeCon. We took at road trip together to SXSW last year, and literally took Austin by storm.
TribeCon was born on that trip, and we appreciate the continuing support of Net2NO, and all its passionate members.

TribeCon 2010 speaker Baratunde Thurston from November, 2009 at Web 2.0 in NYC. Some of the TribeCon team was in attendance and all we could do was pity the person who had to follow such an engaging presentation.
